Originally from Canada, Alexis began her equestrian journey with weekly riding lessons and quickly embraced the spirited life of a "crazy horse kid." Over the years, she has built a diverse portfolio of experience from working at a renowned eventing sales facility in Kentucky and riding at a high-end FEI show jumping program in Germany, to honing her young horse & pedigree-reading skills in a distinguished dressage program in Alberta known for producing FEI horses. She taught for many years throughout college, helping children and adults discover the love of horseback riding and improving seasoned riders. Her love of catch riding & team work led her to serve as president of her university’s huntseat equestrian team for four years and later as the league’s president for a term.

Specializing in guiding horses from foaling to their first competitions, Alexis champions a training philosophy grounded in patience, consistency, and a solid foundation of groundwork. She firmly believes that this approach is key to ensuring a horse’s longevity and happiness in the sport. Under her guidance, the Posterity program has seen its horses secure numerous victories & top ribbons in Young Horse Show Series classes and help earn year-end awards.
